Refunds and Exchanges

If you're not 100% satisfied with your item(s), we can help!

We give you 30 calendar days to return your item(s) beginning the date it was delivered to you.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the packaging must be sealed and in the same condition, it was received. We must be able to resell the item in as-new condition.

Proof of purchase receipt is required to process your return.

We charge a 10% restocking fee to cover the administrative costs related to processing a refund. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.

Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and contact you to let you know the status of your refund or exchange.

If approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. It can take multiple business days to receive the credit depending on your bank's policies.

You will be responsible for paying the freight costs to return your item(s). Our outbound shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund you receive.
